Just moved in, love the staff and the unit. Had a couple things that needed fixed on my first walk through and the maintenance crew was at my door the next day and addressed the issues. The staff is nice and professional and overall had a good move in experience. Yazmin in the front office was especially helpful and easy to work with.

Thank u Mangement and Maintenance guys
I’m so glad we have new management they actually care so polite the girls that work in the front office are amazing super nice so helpful the manager is nice as well he has a great attitude and willing to help OMG the maintenance guys are the BEST really friendly and will get everything you need done really friendly too I feel great living here now the new management actually care they are making great changes around here I’m happy to be a resident ☺️Thank u Management for caring about your tenets and a huge Thank u to the maintenance guys there doing a great job 👏 keep up the good work Thank U so much 😊

Under new management which I’m really happy about they are so nice and sends maintenance quick to your unit the maintenance guys are so respectful and fixed everything I needed done ☺️

Happy Resident so renewed for another year
I have lived here for just shy of one year. Upon reflection decided it was best to step forward and ask about a renewall of my lease for another year. No problems handled in the office in less than 30 min. Over the past year I have seen the property slowly but positively change for the better and it was not bad when I moved in. It has to do with due diligence by the staff. Yes we have water sutdowns but they for brining a 40 year old property into compliance with the current standards. Very much appreciate the staff and look for to a happy following year as a resident. I would recommend it to anyone.

So far so good no problems. Update maintenance has taken care of all my minor issues so again so far everything has been great for me here. No problems inside my apartment. Loving everything 🙂
