I want to share that I am a Senior and have felt very safe here. For me this complex was quiet and peaceful. I have lived here since 2020 and I have been very satisfied. I would highly recommend Fairways on Thunderbird complex if you are in need of a place to live.

When I tell you Jaida Clark is a real Agent she helped me through the entire move in process and she made sure I was all together in my beautiful new place I recommend you work with her she's definitely the person

I haven’t experienced what many of the negative reviews say. My time at Fairways has been very pleasant and I’ve only ever interacted with exceptional people who really care about me and my concerns. I’m sad to have left and will definitely be back when I’m in Phoenix again!

Great bedrooms. Great views. Incredible service. Quick to respond. Management team is fantastic. Answered all my questions. I heard they’re now leasing, come be my neighbor!

I moved to Fairways on Thunderbird three years ago. I love my apartment. Really large 1 bedroom. Management is always there. Maintenance requests are taken care of within 24 hours. The community is pretty quiet. Two swimming pools and two gyms. It's a great place to live.

I just moved in and the transition has been remarkably smooth, which is a testament to their professionalism and genuine care. The management and leasing team were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and ensure my move-in was seamless. Their welcoming attitude made me feel instantly at home and less stressed during what is often an overwhelming time. Not only is the office staff outstanding, but the maintenance crew is also proactive and dedicated. The community itself is clean, well-maintained, and boasts fantastic amenities. They have been consistently amazing throughout my time here—always helpful, patient, and genuinely understanding of all my needs. The welcoming and supportive environment they've created is a direct reflection of their outstanding leader, Ivette. After five years as a resident, I am now considering a sixth year, and it is entirely because of this exceptional team and their leadership. It's rare to find a place that is so willing to work with residents, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this community to anyone.
