I been living here for all most two years. And the new property management team is very good in my opinion and hopefully they'll keep up the good work, especially Ivette ,she is very good and helps out a lot.

I very appreciate them so much and they the best managers and they work hard for all there resdients and make sure our rent is paid on time and give us a grace period to come up with our rent

Shout out to Leasing Agent, Ms. Jasmin Estrada... I moved in 4 months ago and addressed some concerns with my unit. Jasmin did not hesitate and took action to get the repairs done in a timely manner. Jasmin has gone above and beyond to make sure I had a parking spot close my unit to help my family needs. Anytime I have a question, she is quick to help. Thank you again for all you do😁

I just want to take a moment to recognize and praise the new management and staff. Since the transition, there’s been such a noticeable difference in how things are ran. The team has been incredibly understanding, professional, and genuinely helpful every time I’ve reached out. Whether it’s maintenance requests, questions about my lease, or just general communication—they’ve been on top of it with kindness and respect. Really nice staff, very welcoming property, it's clean, in a decent neighborhood area with not a lot of trash or hobos anywhere, has 2 gyms, 1 open during business hours & a 24 hour one, seems like a great place❤️
