First of all I want to say how much I love living here especially my views off my balcony..but most of all my leasing agent Joanna did a very professional and enjoyable job with my process. So GOOD that it made my day week and year.. I hope you people know what an asset she is to your company. She lights up this whole place!!

Ghost has been the greatest Maintenance man we have ever had being at these apartments for 3 years we told him our problems and he jumped on them right away this guy was awesome and I appreciate him.

I rated a five for good maintenance I think his name is ghost he comes out and handle the job and I haven’t had a problem since with my issue I had I really thank you for the great service

The maintenance guy his name is ghost. He came and fix the needs of the apartment needs . He is a very nice and respectful maintenance and making sure that everything gets done in the apartment the right way. We like the knowledge he does by ordering parts and making sure they get done when they come.

Joanna is AMAZING! I’ve been working with her for a while now assisting families and individuals on finding a new home. Fairways on Thunderbird has a lot to offer and Joanna has very lively and fun personality. You can tell the entire staff loves their job and the atmosphere is enjoyable and inviting.
