APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Phoenix

When I walked in I was approached by Priscilla she was very helpful as I was asking about rentals.she was very professional and upon showing us the model apartment her coworker Ivette was as well very helpful with all my questions I had about renting at your location .

I have lived here going on 4 years. I really haven't had any problems. The staff is amazing milsa is the manager she goes beyond then what needs . Yvette is the assistant manager she's caring very helpful she looks out for ya. I love her dearly Priscilla is amazing also. There is one other girl also she is a sweetie too sorry I cant think of her name .. its a good staff also I got a adopted son while im here he's the supervisor of mainteance all the guys are nice. Its nice to be greeted by first name . Thank you team for taking good care of us.

Shout out to the maintenance guys they do a really good job with the property. Priscilla was very helpful and knowledgeable, answered all my questions I recommended this community they are very friendly and polite. The property has easy access to the freeways and stores. Keep up the good work!

I had the pleasure of meeting Melissa Who is the office manager at Fairways and within about three weeks I was moving in . upon my arrival to my new apartment. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Very nice and clean. No bugs Inside I’ve been here over a week now and I haven’t seen any evidence of even one being here.. And the office staff and maintenance has been absolutely fantastic at any and all requests I’ve had and have . Taking care of any of my needs immediately and I would definitely recommend to anyone if you were thinking of getting your first place or second place this is definitely the place to be. I want to share that I am a Senior and have felt very safe here. For me this complex was quiet and peaceful. I have lived here since 2020 and I have been very satisfied. I would highly recommend Fairways on Thunderbird complex if you are in need of a place to live.

When I tell you Jaida Clark is a real Agent she helped me through the entire move in process and she made sure I was all together in my beautiful new place I recommend you work with her she's definitely the person

I haven’t experienced what many of the negative reviews say. My time at Fairways has been very pleasant and I’ve only ever interacted with exceptional people who really care about me and my concerns. I’m sad to have left and will definitely be back when I’m in Phoenix again!
