Exceptional Service and a Truly Welcoming Community at The Fairways on Thunderbird! From the moment I began my moving process to The Fairways on Thunderbird, the staff has been absolutely top-tier. I just moved in and the transition has been remarkably smooth, which is a testament to their professionalism and genuine care. The management and leasing team were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and ensure my move-in was seamless. Their welcoming attitude made me feel instantly at home and less stressed during what is often an overwhelming time. Not only is the office staff outstanding, but the maintenance crew is also proactive and dedicated. The community itself is clean, well-maintained, and boasts fantastic amenities. I can wholeheartedly recommend The Fairways on Thunderbird to anyone looking for a new home in Phoenix. It's rare to find an apartment community where the staff is so consistently kind, helpful, and genuinely invested in creating a positive living environment for their residents. I can't say enough good things about the office staff at Fairways on Thunderbird. They have been consistently amazing throughout my time here—always helpful, patient, and genuinely understanding of all my needs. The welcoming and supportive environment they've created is a direct reflection of their outstanding leader, Ivette. After five years as a resident, I am now considering a sixth year, and it is entirely because of this exceptional team and their leadership. It's rare to find a place that is so willing to work with residents, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this community to anyone.

I was at work when maintenance man Mike seen my car was leaking a lot of gas & took it upon himself to jack the car up & fix what was leaking definitely went above & beyond his duties to help me when he didn’t have to thanks Mike I appreciate you and the maintenance crew.

I been living here for all most two years. And the new property management team is very good in my opinion and hopefully they'll keep up the good work, especially Ivette ,she is very good and helps out a lot.

I very appreciate them so much and they the best managers and they work hard for all there resdients and make sure our rent is paid on time and give us a grace period to come up with our rent

Shout out to Leasing Agent, Ms. Jasmin Estrada... I moved in 4 months ago and addressed some concerns with my unit. Jasmin did not hesitate and took action to get the repairs done in a timely manner. Jasmin has gone above and beyond to make sure I had a parking spot close my unit to help my family needs. Anytime I have a question, she is quick to help. Thank you again for all you do😁

The team has been incredibly understanding, professional, and genuinely helpful every time I’ve reached out.
