I love the experience here . The maintenance Comes right on time . The area is nice and quiet . I dont See any bugs or roaches in my unit. I can Tell that the repairs were done with care : the office ladies were awesome . Jessica , Vanessa and Yazmin . They were amazing young ladies . My neighbors are nice and friendly . Any questions or concerns i have They always answer them right on time

I wanted the apartment, Vanessa made this happen. I have been truly blessed. The maintenance staff quickly repaired what was needed. Ladies in the front are friendly, kind. Great atmosphere. Thank you

Vanessa A, worked with me from start to finish and she was so helpful along the way she even went out her way to make sure I had evey thing needed to move in she even did a walk through if my apartment and took pictures, which no one has ever done in all my life of renting an apartment. I would suggest that everyone come to Fairways on Thunderbird. Prices are worth it.

Thanks to Yazmin me and my son now have a a home! The tour, application and communication during the process was amazing. There were no questions left unanswered and answered HONESTLY! The apartments and complex is CLEAN and well maintained!!! So grateful for the experience and support Yazmin provided. Looking forward to creating beautiful memories here, HIGHLY recommended!!
