I rated a five for good maintenance I think his name is ghost he comes out and handle the job and I haven’t had a problem since with my issue I had I really thank you for the great service

The maintenance guy his name is ghost. He came and fix the needs of the apartment needs . He is a very nice and respectful maintenance and making sure that everything gets done in the apartment the right way. We like the knowledge he does by ordering parts and making sure they get done when they come.

Joanna is AMAZING! I’ve been working with her for a while now assisting families and individuals on finding a new home. Fairways on Thunderbird has a lot to offer and Joanna has very lively and fun personality. You can tell the entire staff loves their job and the atmosphere is enjoyable and inviting. ***This is a maintenance review and not a review of the property overall*** Maintenance over the past month or so has really been absolutely amazing. Goc and Albert have been extremely helpful and quick when it came to fixing my appliances in my apartment. My appliances are now functioning as they should be thanks to them! Not only that but they are very personable which makes it easy to talk with them which is always a plus :) You can tell they care and really want to help. I’m very very happy with maintenance here!!

move in process was easy and smooth my apartment id clean and nice, property manager anna was very helpful during this process
