I had the pleasure of meeting Melissa Who is the office manager at Fairways and within about three weeks I was moving in . upon my arrival to my new apartment. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Very nice and clean. No bugs Inside I’ve been here over a week now and I haven’t seen any evidence of even one being here.. And the office staff and maintenance has been absolutely fantastic at any and all requests I’ve had and have . Taking care of any of my needs immediately and I would definitely recommend to anyone if you were thinking of getting your first place or second place this is definitely the place to be. I want to share that I am a Senior and have felt very safe here. For me this complex was quiet and peaceful. I have lived here since 2020 and I have been very satisfied. I would highly recommend Fairways on Thunderbird complex if you are in need of a place to live.

I haven’t experienced what many of the negative reviews say. My time at Fairways has been very pleasant and I’ve only ever interacted with exceptional people who really care about me and my concerns. I’m sad to have left and will definitely be back when I’m in Phoenix again!

Great bedrooms. Great views. Incredible service. Quick to respond. Management team is fantastic. Answered all my questions. I heard they’re now leasing, come be my neighbor!

I moved to Fairways on Thunderbird three years ago. I love my apartment. Really large 1 bedroom. Management is always there. Maintenance requests are taken care of within 24 hours. The community is pretty quiet. Two swimming pools and two gyms. It's a great place to live.
