Moved in October 31st and honestly have no complaints !! Jaida helped me out and she was a rockstar she showed me multiple units and put up with my must haves and found me the perfect unit! Had everything I asked for and was a great upgrade! This was my first time renting and she really made the experience easy and stress free! If you’re looking for your new home I definitely recommend talking to Jaida !

Went on a tour with Priscilla and she was AMAZING. One of the nicest tours I’ve had in a long time actually. Her and Yvette were super helpful and I can’t wait to move in!

Fairways is a wonderful community with a great office staff! Ivette is always happy to help and has wonderful costumer service, she cares for the residents and is always very involved in everything that has to do with the community. Priscilla is wonderful and explains everything with great detail!

When I walked in I was approached by Priscilla she was very helpful as I was asking about rentals.she was very professional and upon showing us the model apartment her coworker Ivette was as well very helpful with all my questions I had about renting at your location .

I have lived here going on 4 years. I really haven't had any problems. The staff is amazing milsa is the manager she goes beyond then what needs . Yvette is the assistant manager she's caring very helpful she looks out for ya. I love her dearly Priscilla is amazing also. There is one other girl also she is a sweetie too sorry I cant think of her name .. its a good staff also I got a adopted son while im here he's the supervisor of mainteance all the guys are nice. Its nice to be greeted by first name . Thank you team for taking good care of us.

Shout out to the maintenance guys they do a really good job with the property. Priscilla was very helpful and knowledgeable, answered all my questions I recommended this community they are very friendly and polite. The property has easy access to the freeways and stores. Keep up the good work!
