I am on the 2nd floor, so it’s quiet ...security comes drives by once a night. Neighbors put up loud music out front with their cars but I guess that’s everywhere you go. My lease is almost up in Feb so far no issues here or with staff, staff is always nice and professional. The only thing I regret is not having my own washer/dryer in unit I mean those laundry facilities are disgusting I have to take pine sol paper towels everytime I go wash especially cause of COVID and all 😕anyway I enjoyed staying here at Fairways on Thunderbird!! Thank you.

I’ve been living here for almost 2 years now it’s a great family friendly complex! Lots of great neighbors and staff is prompt to fix any concerns I may have and need.

Hi I live in the apartment complex and I love this place it is the best for my kids they live going outside to walk around and we have had no problem. It’s just so great and I plan on living here for a while because it’s so nice and quiet. Friendly neighbors what more can you ask for and don’t get me started on the office the management they are so nice and I love that and the apartment when I came it was cleaned so nice and polished floors it was great I absolutely love it here ❤️

The apt nice but you can hear everybody outside And upstairs. The wall are very very thin and the price is to high for a two bedroom the lady’s in the office are very nice never had a problem with them ...
