I have been here for my first year and I am very satisfied with the complex as well as the staff there. The manager , Rosa Gonzalez, is wonderful and very open minded. She listens to any concerns you may have and promptly addresses them. The other office staff are also just as helpful and I can't thank them enough for their kind treatment. With all that said I look forward to this year as a continued tenant

I really enjoyed living at The Fairway. Honestly i will recommend anyone to live there.

Very professional and polite. The heater works good after he put the filter in. My front door and top and bottom both lock now. Thanks for great service.

Maintenance staff is very quick and efficient office. Staff is also very nice.

Yes the gentleman you sent did a great job and did it rather quickly. He explained what was wrong and what could still happen with my door. But thank you so much. He was a very nice man. Merry Christmas staff Patti

Well since I have been here long enough to give a fair review I can give them a 5 star rating, only complaint I have isn't by any means fault to the front office due to they are not here all the time but I'm quite sure it will be handled in due time ( ppl walk their dogs but 90% of them do not pick up the poop) ! I absolutely love my apt and the staff have been kind and helpful so thanks for everything and keep up the good work girls! Just please get my mail key ! LOL
